Check-in the afternoon on arrival day.

Groups: We can customize exclusive pack-trips, but require a minimum party size of 6. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for groups of 5 or more.

NOTE: We reserve the right to change day-to-day itinerary for reasons of weather, wildfires, rider ability, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

PAYMENT: We request 1/3 of your total charges to secure your vacation within 10 days of your request. Deposit must be sent within 10 days of request or forfeiture may reslut. For groups of 5 or more, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance of your payment is due when you arrive at the ranch. We prefer personal check, cash, money order or traveler's check, but accept Visa/MasterCard, or Discover.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation must occur, 50% of the deposit will be refunded prior to May 1st. After May 1st, deposits are non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits may be applied on a subsequent year's vacation only. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without carry over credit. We highly recommend trip or vacation insurance.
